QR Codes

If you've purchased one of our products that comes in a packer (e.g. Scallop and Sawtooth Applique Template), you may have seen a QR code on the inside back fold - the QR code will be just above and to the left of the barcode.

The QR code can be scanned on your phone or tablet, and will direct you to a video from Jen about how to use these templates.

How to scan a QR Code

If you have an iPhone or iPad:

Step 1: Open the Camera app, or open the dedicated QR code reader from your Control Center by swiping up from the home page and selecting the QR code button.

Step 2: Point your camera at the QR code. If you're using the QR code scanner, make sure the QR code is inside the box on the screen. It will either open immediately (on the scanner), or a link will appear at the top of your screen (in the camera); just select it to go to the link in your browser.

If you have an android phone or tablet:

Step 1: Most Android phones can use the Camera app to scan QR codes. Open the Camera.

Step 2: Point your camera's viewfinder at the QR code.

Step 3: There will often be a slight pause as it works out the code.

Step 4: If successful, a link should appear in a small pop-up window. Select it to go to the address.

Using a web browser:

Alternatively, if you don't have access a smartphone or tablet, you should see a url written underneath the QR Code on the packer the template came in. If you type this url into a web browser it will take you to the webpage where you can find the How To Video.
